Imaginary Heroes in Real Life by Bechet Benjamin

A series of photos Bechet Benjamin called «I’m Winnie the Pooh» reminds us of the famous phrase — «Do not judge a book by its cover». Photographer placed imaginary heroes into real life, in order to make us think about strong feelings, which form a personality.

(10 photos)

Heroes lost their "celebrity" status, because now they are doing ordinary things, or simply found themselves on the margins of society. On the photo — Snow White, age 31, prostitute.

Benjamin’s aim — help people find their own «I». Spider-Man, age 6, window cleaner.

Donald Duck, age 51, sells flowers.

The author also wishes to remind us that not everything is relative. Mickey Mouse, age 48, homeless.

Batman, age 33, gas station worker.

The thing that remains, is that we all humans, doesn't matter how we wear or what we do for a living. Winnie the Pooh, age 53, builder.

Hello Kitty, age 42, maid.

Even without any costumes, real heroes are around us in everyday life. Goofy, age 54, seller on the street.

Hulk, age 44, sings in the metro.

Minnie Mouse, age 41, cleaner.
